Isn't a local agency cheaper?
Compare the total cost. Our price includes recruitment, training, travel, accommodation, payroll and HR, so there is no extra admin or hidden cost on your side. You get one invoice for a working team.
What about quality and language?
Our teams already work on premium automotive lines in Germany and Austria. They speak English, work with a team lead, and their performance is reported through Nexonic. Our quality management is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
How do you handle compliance for posted workers?
Every team member working abroad has an A1 certificate. We handle payroll, social security and HR in-house, and we complete your supplier registration and compliance checks before the start.
We already have a staffing supplier.
That's fine. Many plants use us as a flexible second supplier for launches, peaks and quality actions, when their main supplier can't deliver complete teams fast.
How big does a team need to be?
Most teams are 3 to 6 people. For bigger projects we combine several teams.
How fast can a team start?
It depends on the trade and headcount. Tell us your deadline in the form and we'll tell you honestly if we can meet it. Your proposal includes a confirmed start date.
Can we register you as a supplier?
Yes. Send us your supplier registration forms and we'll complete them.
